Due to creating the .DAE files by converting .FBX files via meshlab, the scaling is off. Either upload one component and find out the scaling factor, applying it to the following components during upload, or upload all and then scale them manually in-world.

As a note on the eyes:
You can re-use the eyes from Shork Industries Shark Avatars. You just need to scale their size to the size of your avatars eyes and maybe rotate the eyes for the desired looks.
Or apply the the textures from a Shork Eye Texture pack to the eyes of your avatar.
